If you are a Netflix fanatic like me, you already know that the above are drama series, crime series, documentaries, comedies, and movies you might be familiar with yourself.

I have watched them all and many times in one day, or more than one in a weekend while stuffing my mouth with food and snacks along with drinking too many cans of Pepsi that I do not need, especially since I have health challenges.

I will admit always being a movie buff and considered it a healthy hobby.

Yet my love for movies has turned into spending hours wearing out the pillows on my already worn-out couch as distractions to boredom, negative moods, and avoiding the things that I need to get done.

Watching Netflix, coupled with being an emotional eater, it is no wonder that my goal of losing weight…
